DoD Wins First Clan Battles of Halo 4!
13 January 2013
On January 9, 2012, the Co-Leader of a clan called the Rogue Warriors (RW) began to trash-talk DoD on YouTube. DoD then messaged the RW leader and co-leader, and they both agreed to battle DoD. DoD won all 4 of the battles that were fought, an astonishing win considering DoD had only been up for 2 weeks. All of these games are on the Clan Battle/MLG Battle page. DoD celebrated over these victories and enjoyed our accomplishment. But this was not the end. Later the same night, DoD members won a raid against the UNMCF clan. The UNMCF members were trash-talking DoD, so a couple DoD MLG Team members were called in. Unfortunately, only a couple of these members fought in the first two battles. The rest of the members were new recruits. DoD invited their MLG Team members, but they were kicked from the lobby almost immediately. DoD won the first battle easily, and then lost the second battle by a very close score. DoD MLG Team members were then allowed to fight in the third and final battle, and DoD crushed UNMCF by over double their score. DoD is now back in business, after winning the first two series of clan battles. Considering DoD is a military based clan, this is ver impressive. DoD members were ecstatic over these victories, and DoD has a fire within it fueling our passion and drive to become among the top clans of Halo 4. Congratulations to all DoD members participating in these battles, and special thanks to them for helping DoD get the victories.

DoD Recruitment Growing13 January 2013
For the past two weeks, DoD has been recruiting at a record pace. DoD has had a full lobby of recruits each week, and even that was not enough to run all recruits through Boot Camp. DoD members and officers are very impressed with the turnout of members, and DoD looks very promising. DoD hopes to continue this amount of recruiting for the rest of the month, and if this is achieved, we would have an unbelievable first month. And so hopefully, this will continue. |
