Article III: The Military
Section I:
The DOD Military shall serve as the primary force of defense for DOD and compose of DOD's entire population. All military forces lie under the command of the Governor.
Section II:
The appointed of all military officials including officers lies in the hands of the Governor with consulting of the Cabinet. The coordinating of military operations is under the jurisdiction of military officers, in case of war the Cabinet shall serve as an advisory council to military officers but cannot order attacks or military action.
Section III:
Martial law shall be ordered by the DOD Governor and would place DOD under military control. In the case of martial law DOD officers and National Guard shall enforce the closing of all games and lockdown of foreign contact. In martial law DOD members are prohibited with contact with other clans depending on the severity of martial law unless granted permission. During martial law the final say in all DOD issues is vested in the Governor and top military officials.

The power to add and remove squads lay under jurisdiction of the Governor and top military officers; except in the case that Cabinet approves the addition of remove of a squad with a two thirds vote and approval of the top three military officers.
