New Branch Leaders Selected for DoD31 May 2013
Over the past couple of weeks, members of DoD, as well as officials have discussed the different candidates to lead each branch. After the applications were submitted, the Department of Defense Cabinet reviewed the forms and discussed thoroughly the possibilities of each candidate. After long debates, the three new branch leaders were chosen. Here the new leaders of DoD's branches: DoD Army leader - pepemdc [MAJ] DoD Marine Corps leader - Walker x Hunter [2LT] DoD Special Forces Leader - Syndrome I [CPT] Now, the Cabinet will be reviewing the applications submitted for the platoon leaders, and also squad leaders. The Department of Defense has come out with a new ribbons/medals page to be awarded to all DOD members to commend them for their actions out on the battlefield. There are standard ribbons and medals, and then there are prestigious awards. Members who receive these prestigious awards will be listed underneath the ribbon/medal and will stay there for the duration of their service in DoD. This page is to appreciate the hard work that is put in by DoD members so that others may see what they have accomplished. |
New Emblems for DoD30 May 2013
After discussion about DoD's branches having the same emblem, the Department of Defense has decided to change the emblems slightly. Instead of the previous emblem of gray square dog tags, there will be colors assigned to the emblems as well: Army Foreground: Square Dog Tags Primary color - Tan Secondary color - Olive Background: Square Color - Black Marine Corps Foreground: Square Dog Tags Primary color - Gray Secondary color - Khaki Background: Square Color - Black Special Forces Foreground: Square Dog Tags Primary color - Gray Secondary color - Gray Background: Square Color - Black |
